All our items are premade and ready to be sent out upon purchasing. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving an order, however please be advised due to the location in which some items are being dispatched from items may take up to 10 working days to be received.
During busy periods our turnaround time may increase slightly, please keep an eye on our social media pages for any updates.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
All Roopers items are machine washable, in order for your clothes to remain looking fresh please:
Wash inside out on delicate 30 degree wash.
Do not tumble dry
Wash with similar colours.
Any food to be consumed whilst wearing a Roopers item at parents own risk.
If you find your child is measuring between sizes, we always recommend sizing up.
Payment is required at the time of ordering through Shopify. We accept lots of major payment types, Visa, PayPal, Klarna.
returns and refunds
All our products are non-refundable unless they have been received damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item, it will be replaced at our cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return and exchange or refund.
Should you order the wrong size, Roopers Rompers will exchange the item. In this instance the buyer must pay the additional postage costs. Replacement items are subject to the same turnaround period as standard orders and are subject to fabric stock. Please note: Returns must be made in a perfect, unwashed condition within 14 days. Any item that is returned displaying signs of use and/or washing will not be replaced and will be returned to you.
All Roopers Rompers items are made to order and are exempt from the distance selling regulations in relation to 'change of mind'. Each item uses fabric that cannot be remade into something else. Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Once complete, all items are dispatched via Royal Mail for delivery in 2-5 days from item completion.
If you consider your item to be 'lost' please contact me within in 28 days of the expected delivery date (a total of 42 days from order date). Orders reported as lost after 42 days from order will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances. Royal Mail require a period of time to pass before a parcel may be considered as 'lost' - if your item has still not arrived after this time, please contact me to request a replacement order.
Delivery delays as a result of third-party services, (i.e. Postman Pat and Co.), are beyond my control. If your item is delayed and does not arrive in time for your required date, you will be entitled to full refund, including postage costs. Refunds will be issued once the order has been returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition. To accelerate this process, you are asked to refuse delivery of the order when it arrives delayed - this will prevent you from paying return postage fees.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders on which an incorrect delivery address is provided.
The cut-off for Christmas orders is November 25th. Orders placed after this date are NOT guaranteed in time for Christmas. All orders are subject to fabric stocks and availability.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
YOUR RIGHTS If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA RETENTION When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
